like my idea?”
I turned to look at him with a coy smile. “I like it very much.”
“Why don’t we go to my place?”
    “Really, are you sure?”
He nodded, and his eyes darkened to a mossy green. “It’s a lot closer, and I don’t think I can wait much longer.” My light stroking seemed to be having the desired effect on him, because he groaned.
I leaned into him, closing the distance between our mouths so I could nibble on his bottom lip and intensify my hand movements. A low growl rumbled inside him and he closed his eyes, pulling away from me a bit too suddenly.
“Seriously, I need you. Right now.”
    “You’ve got me.”
Papan stood up and practically dragged me out of the café.
He was right about going to his place. It was the only sane answer because he lived really close—only three blocks away. If we hurried we wouldn’t risk being arrested for lewd acts in a public storefront.

Papan had barely kicked the door shut behind us and switched on the overhead light before we collided. An invisible and very raw magnetism drew us together as our hands yanked at each other’s clothes. My jacket was the first article to be dumped on the hallway carpet.
The time of avoiding our mutual temptation was clearly over.
I pushed him up against the wall and ran my hands over his hard chest as he pressed his mouth over mine and hungrily kissed me. His tongue parted my lips and wandered inside. When it collided with mine, raw desire chased a wave of heat through my body. This was what we both wanted, what we needed, and nothing was going to stop us now.
“Oh, Foxy Lady, I’ve wanted to do this to you for so long.” He pushed the strands of hair away from my face and kissed my left cheek, and then my right, before returning to my mouth.
    “Me too.”
He wrapped his arms around my hips and hoisted me off the floor. I wrapped my legs around his waist as he stepped forward so that it was my back against the wall this time. I ignored the slight discomfort of my dagger’s sheath jabbing into my ankle.
With the combination of his erection pressed tight between us and the passion behind every one of our kisses, I couldn’t wait to get his clothes off.
“I missed you so much,” he whispered, poking his tongue inside my mouth and then running it over my bottom lip.
“I haven’t stopped thinking about you since you left on Monday night…”
“It was your idea.” He nibbled on my chin and I shivered with delight.
I had encouraged him to take this job above his concern over leaving me alone—but we both knew he needed to get back into the swing of things at work. If only I could take my own advice, instead of spending so much time worrying about things I couldn’t control.
“I know, but you had to…”
“It doesn’t matter. Nothing matters right now because I’m going to ravage you,” he whispered, taking my ear lobe between his teeth and nibbling on it.
I made a grab for his T-shirt and, with shaky fingers, managed to pull it over his head. He had an amazing physique, and after a workout every muscle on his shoulders, chest and arms seemed to bulge. I ran my hands over his hard pecs and nipples, enjoying the feel of the light smattering of hair, before trailing my touch down his incredibly taut abdomen and letting my fingers dip into each ridge. I’d seen him shirtless before, but tonight everything felt different—more exciting.
Rubbing the light brown trail of hair starting underneath his belly button and disappearing into the waistband of his jeans excited me. So much that I unbuttoned his fly and forcibly slid my hand under his briefs, the zipper opening with my movements. It was a tight squeeze, but I still managed to cup his thick girth.
“When are you going to use this, huh?” I sounded so husky, closer to breathless.
He nibbled on my chin some more.
“We haven’t got all night, you know,” I teased.
    “Actually, we do.”
I laughed and pulled my hand
